Amazing Boxcar GN by Timbercraft Tiny Homes for sale
The Boxcar GN is a custom off-grid gooseneck tiny home built by Timbercraft Tiny Homes. The tiny home is 35-feet long with a 28-foot main deck and 7-foot tongue.
The exterior features rustic cedar siding with industrial accents and aluminum clad Sierra Pacific windows. The boxcar style offers a low pitch single slope roof, which give extra interior space compared to a traditional gable roof.
The solar power system comes with a Samlex inverter and the batteries are stored in a compartment with outside access. There is also an electrical outlet so you can bring the house on-grid when electricity is available.
The living room and kitchen are located in the middle of the tiny home and the bedrooms are located on each end for privacy.
The kitchen includes a wide butcher block counter with breakfast bar area, 24″ gas range, refrigerator with bottom freezer, and soft close cabinets.
Over the gooseneck is the stand-up master bedroom with over 6-feet of headroom, a built-in headboard, storage drawers under the bed, a closet, and USB plugs. On the other side of the house is the secondary loft with storage stairs and room for a queen bed.
Outside of the bathroom is a wardrobe with hanging storage and drawer. The bathroom has a stained pocket door, cast-iron clawfoot tub, vessel sink with wall-mount faucet, Separett composting toilet, washer/dryer combo, and plentiful linen storage.
