Power: Standard hook up with integrated battery which powers the ceiling LED lights, USB ports and, 12V socket for off grid use. Solar panels could be added for additional off grid capability. (some options entail an additional fee).
AC: 5000BTU
Insulation: fully insulated
Toilet: Not included but, composting toilet would fit easily under the bed platform
Bed: Twin XL memory foam mattress
Ceiling height: ~6'7".
Water: pump faucet, drawing on a 2 gallon removable water storage tank
Total weight: below 2000lbs
This particular camper, which was completed in early Sept. 2017, served as my model home and was featured at tiny house events to show what is possible with such a small space. This one was sold but, I'm happy to recreate it with the added benefit that you can provide full input on the various components. I also sell more basic shell options at www.tinyindustrial.com if you are looking to do some of the finishing touches yourself (much lower cost to you, but more work on your part).
