3-5 min ride to Charlotte's top districts or 20-30 min walk: Plaza Midwood, NoDa, & Uptown (Downtown). Two block walk to the light rail (Parkwood Station). 15-min drive to CLT airport! Half a mile from I-77 exit.

The space
This is a brand new 208 sq ft. tiny house, perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, zen experience. Has all the perks of a large house... simply small sized. It’s nestled in my backyard so it’s private and secluded.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to utilize the backyard and back porch of my main house to relax (it’s also an AirBnB). Welcome to utilize laundry room if you need to do laundry during your stay. Also welcome to use the zen room in the main house for yoga or infrared sauna session, free of charge for either. Also if you’re a cat fanatic you’re welcome to come pet my fur babies.
Interaction with guests
I travel a lot but am home when I am not and am available by phone or app.
