The kitchen has every amenity of a conventional home. In fact, it has more counter space than my Uncle, and he lives in a conventional home.
Bathroom: Giant tiled shower, (could easily be converted to a bath tub) Separette Villa, hand washing sink, mirrored storage, and hidden drawer storage.
Den: Ample shelving, secretary storage, chalk board, television & DVD player included. Built in sofa, with a large under front facing storage and a storage bin. Murphy bed.
Entry: Under stair storage, tansu stairs with cubbies, drawers and pantry. Baskets and rolling storage included. Climbing wall.
Master loft: Incredibly spacious, includes a month old Tuft & Needle California king sized mattress. There is also enough space for a child mattress! Stairs up to master loft with swinging gate at top. Carpeted. All plugs have USB ports.
Office loft: Has a pop up desk and built in bed.
Heating: Dickenson sailboat propane heater
Off grid: The Tiny is designed to be able to go off grid and comes with a solar array, battery system and a water holding tank.
14 ply tires which is the most that you can get for this particular size wheel.
The exterior looks like oxidized metals, but it is not, simply a nifty paint job.

We converted the pull out closet into a pantry with shelving. We turned the space between the wash room and the shower into a nice big closet.
W eupgraded to the most family friendly toilet, the Separett Villa which even has a baby potty attachment.
We fit another double bed in the den by creating a Murphy bed in the den area.
Air conditioning unit.
Baby proofing:
We added a wall to the master loft so no one would go tumbling out. This wall has a plexiglass window so that the space continues to look large and light comes through.
We really secured the master loft by adding a wooden baby gate at the top of the stairs.
Keeping babies off of the stairs has been a conundrum, but after three babies and years of brainstorming and many fails, we found what works!!! A pet partion is installed at the same angle of the stairs and hooked to a drawer pull so that a baby can't climb.
Confessions:
One of my blue pens leaked, there is an ink stain next to the desk.
The black out blinds black out the sun, but all of the pull chains have broken, so you must manually raise and lower them.
