The home's exterior is composed of cedar lap siding with stained cedar trim. There's also double paned windows and a 7 ft deck. It's similar to the company's Double Loft park model, but without a bayed front end.
The inside of the Pacific Loft features an all wood interior with laminate floors on the main level and carpeting in the loft. The home's kitchen comes with hickory cabinets, laminate countertops, 30" gas or electric range, a range hood, and a fridge.
The home also features a laundry room, bathroom, living room, and a loft bedroom accessible by stairs. There's also plenty of storage throughout the home.
The home are built and sold in North Powder, Oregon, and take about 8 to 12 weeks to build. Contact builder for pricing.
