Rustic Cozy Tiny House by Southeastern Tiny Homes
This 260-square-foot tiny house on wheels was created by Southeastern Tiny Homes, based in Alabaster, Alabama.
The tiny home sits on a 28′ dual axle trailer and features pine siding, a double door side entryway, and has dormers in the loft. The kitchen includes a full size Kenmore refrigerator, GE four burner electric cooktop, Frigidaire oven, and a Bosch dishwasher. The custom cedar cabinets trimmed with black walnut tie in nicely with the black walnut countertops. Rosewood flooring is used through the main part of the house and tile is used on the bathroom floor and shower.
Custom storage stairs lead to the bedroom loft, which has a recessed queen size bed with complete storage around the bed.
The asking price for this model was $65,000 fully furnished.
