The home belongs to Jewel Pearson- a speaker and tiny house advocate. Deciding to downsize, she researched tiny house for over a year before designing her own.
The 330 sq ft open-concept space has a living room, a full kitchen, bathroom, a loft bedroom, and a second loft that's used as extra living room space. Probably the coolest part of the home is the big round window in the living room.
You can buy plans for the home from Jewel's website here for $299. You can also order your own through Perch and Nest.
