Tipsy The Tiny House | Tiny House Listing

Tipsy the Tiny House
Designed and built by Seattle architect Chad Kuntz, Tipsy the Tiny House is a 180-square-foot tiny house on wheels available for nightly rental through Airbnb in West Seattle. Chad built the house using reclaimed materials and modern technology.

The exterior of the rustic modern tiny house is clad in reclaimed Douglas fir and has a machine cut bumper with back light displaying “Tipsy the Tiny House.” A custom mahogany front door leads into the tiny house where you’ll find a mix of reclaimed oak, Douglas fir, and several hardwoods.

Tipsy’s tech includes an LED fireplace, LCD smart TV, and in-wall surround sound stereo system. Your smart phone will provide access to the house during your stay. The sofa and cabinets were custom built and there is plenty of storage between the closet, dresser, and loft area.

The kitchen includes a two burner cooktop, under counter refrigerator, and single bowl sink. There is space for up to three people between the queen bedroom loft and sofa.
