Our luxury park model is a one bedroom, one bath unit with loft area. It will sleep 4 adults comfortably. The unit offers a stocked, full-size kitchen, covered porch, 75 channels of cable TV, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Relax on your personal, professionally landscaped patio or enjoy our lavish facilities – you will have the best of all worlds at Crown Villa RV Resort. We are looking forward to your visit!
Rate: $159 per night plus tax
Details:
3 night minimum stay
$200 security/damage deposit – fully refundable less any damages
$45 cleaning fee
This location has RV full hook-ups in front of the park model. The RV pad rents for an additional $40 + tax per night when renting the park model. No minimum stay with RV pad. Maximum RV length 32′.
Booking & Cancellation on Park Model:
Pay 1st night upon booking reservation.
Cancel at least 30 days prior to your reservation for a full refund.
Cancel within 30 days, forfeit first night’s fees.
What to expect:
The park model will be ready for occupancy upon your arrival. The unit includes bedding, towels and a fully stocked kitchen including all essential for meal preparation.
Free Wi-Fi Internet. 75 channels of cable displayed on a large, flat-screen television.
A secure storage locker for extra items, like bicycles, golf clubs, skis, fishing poles, etc.
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the park model.
Check-in time is AFTER 3:00 pm for park model. Check-out time is BY 11:00 am.
