This one-of-a-kind tiny house was built by an award-winning builder and theatre designer in 2016, and has been a big success for us as an air-bnb rental. The tiny house is 162 sq feet with a roofdeck, propane kitchen and shower, full running water and regular (not compost) toilet, upstairs loft with fabulous king-size memory-foam mattress, a writing area, seating areas, and lots of sunlight. The outside is in redwood, the interior is a striking combination of redwood, cedar flooring, metal-and-butcher-block counters. The Tiny House is on an RV hitch and can be transported, but lots of long-distance travelling not recommended. The house is currently on a concrete foundation and must be removed (at buyer's expense). As well, buyer accepts expense for removal of the house.
