Looking for an extra bedroom at your house or a ready to move cabin to place on your property? This charming tiny log cabin is perfect for you. It is a real log cabin, built by a professional log cabin home builder, on a double axel trailer. We are moving to a new home and no longer require the extra room it provided us. The cabin measures 26’ long by 7’ wide in total length (from trailer end to end). The interior is 16’ x 6’2”, and it has a deck which is roughly 7’ x 5’. It features a cathedral ceiling, with rustic wood trim/accents throughout.
The cabin is plug and play ready – It has a 50’ detachable cord to plug it into any 20-amp outlet (It could also be hardwired to your property). The interior features two 15-amp outlets, connected on a GFCI circuit. It is very well insulated; we have a very small electric fireplace heater, which heats the space without issue. The underside of the cabin is metal clad, and the whole cabin can be removed from the trailer if you would prefer to make it a permanent fixture on your property. The logs were re-stained last summer with Sikkens Cetol stain, and all chinking and the roof are in great condition. Cabin includes the custom pallet fence/skirt pictured (Purchaser may need an extra vehicle/trailer to transport fence). The only maintenance required upon purchase is to re-stain the deck once warm weather approaches (some stain included).
We cannot provide delivery/transportation for the cabin – you must pick it up and move it yourself. The weight of the total package is about 8-9,000 lbs (Cabin weight is 6,000 lbs + trailer weight). It has a 7-pin trailer connector (like most campers have), and the trailer has trailer brakes. Due to the weight, it requires a vehicle with a trailer brake controller and heavy towing capacity.
