There's an outside patio area accessible steps from your private entrance. It's a pleasant, easy walk downtown, to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, Lady Bird Lake hike/bike trail, South First, and South Congress
Nightly rate includes 15% tax (City of Austin & State of Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax).
