The Most Affordable Level Possible The Passage by Titan Tiny Homes
When designing the Passage, as a tiny house for sale we wanted to value engineer a model that can be produced at the most affordable level possible. We did this by going back to the basics and look at other classic tiny home models and decided to build this home out of traditional wood construction. From the exterior, we wanted to go with a very iconic design which is why we went with a gable style roof. On our LX model, we were able to add a deck as which really sets the exterior apart from other Tiny Homes in its class.
As you step into the Passage, you will notice the beautiful vaulted ceiling and custom pine trim. Just like our more expensive Everest model the floor plan has been designed to both maximize space but also leave a “blank canvas” to allow your mind to run free with unlimited possibilities when designing the space. As you walk into the bathroom you notice an area to install the toilet of your choice whether it be a compost, incinerator, RV or traditional Toilet. If you were to take off your shoe you will find that the main level floors are heated by our state of the art warm waves heating system. This model is our most cost effective tiny house for sale!
