Our Silver Lake is an RVIA-certified tiny house on wheels outstandingly spacious, offering a first-floor bedroom and large living room that feels as large as the sprawling natural scenes of the Berkshires.
Dimensions
The Silver Lake Tiny House is 32’ long, including a 2’ overhang over the tongue of the trailer, allowing for extra space in the bedroom, and the road-legal maximum height of 13 ½’ width of 8 ½’.
Features
Uniquely, the roof tilts toward the rear side of the house, so rainwater and debris won’t sit in the valley. Rainwater can be collected behind the house.
The front door opens into the living room, which is luxuriously large for a tiny house. A built-in banquette sofa lines the walls at the end, and hides storage underneath. A flat-screen TV hangs in the corner with more storage underneath.
The breakfast nook with a large picture window leads to the kitchenette with upper and lower cabinets, a full-sized fridge, sink, and a propane three-burner stove and oven.
The bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and is efficiently designed with a shower, sink, and a macerating toilet. Luxurious details include subway tiling with accent glass and a rain shower head.
The bedroom is separated from the rest of the house by a sliding barn door. It has a queen size bed with storage drawers underneath. A full-size closet provides additional storage.
