The space
Originally built in 1935, the whole house renovation was completed August 2017! You will love the open floor plan filled with tons of natural light in this 1,192 square foot home. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a 32" Roku TV. Living room has a 50" smart TV with Roku streaming. Channels such as ESPN, CNN, History Channel, etc. available via Sling TV. Kitchen and bath essentials are provided. Large, fenced-in backyard and private parking in driveway for 2 cars.
Guest access
Keypad on front door - door code will be emailed 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will not have access to shed in backyard. Other than that, the entire house is yours!
Interaction with guests
Hosts live 4 miles from property and are available if needed.
Other things to note
- No parties or gatherings larger than 4 adults.
