Solid sheet aluminum on roof, front and back. No roof maintenance. Walls and ceiling is 4" thick with R 13 insulation. Built with screws and glue. Interior sealed paneling trimmed with cedar. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Anderson double insulated windows. External outlets and lights. Storage can be accessed from the inside or the outside (locked on both side outside of home). Cable hookup ready. 4" memory foam queen mattress. All plumbing is Pex pipe and PVC. Gas hook-up or electric options installed. 6 gallon electric hot water heater. 32" shower stall.
