Cute Tiny House Ready for Completely Off-grid Living

Cute Tiny House Ready for Completely Off-grid Living
Price: $9,990
Location: Westminister, Colorado

I've lived in this tiny house for the last 2 and a half years and I'm looking to sell it to the right person or couple with a small or medium sized dog.

This house has
California King-size loft with a light switch right above the bed, with another dimmable switch at the front door.

Mini fridge
Lots of cupboard space
8' of lineal closet space (32 sq/ft) under the loft
Swivel tv mount so you can watch movies in bed or turn the tv toward the main area
Storage under the stairs
Lots of power outlets
Large inverter to run your electronics
Comes with a 6'x8' shed with clothes racks and shelves. The shed is on wheels, but needs new tires.
Large shower (4'x3.5') with a switch for hot showers. Flip the switch, hot water turns on!
Shower drain is plumbed to the outside, for connection to a gray water tank or septic system
There is a shelf covering the inlet plumbing (pictured before the shelf was installed)
42 gallon water tank
Rain water collection/filtration for shower water
Workspace for desktop computer
Small-med doggy door
4'x8' attached, fenced patio with grassy carpet
Flower boxes
Propane heater with thermostat
It is incredibly well insulated and costs about $25/mo to heat during the winter.
Comes with 2 large propane tanks, one for the heater and one for the tankless water heater. (140 lbs total) and hook-ups.

The power system is an off-grid system, with 12 Kw solar panels and an almost new (3 months old) 1000 AH battery bank. The shower has a tankless water heater and as long as you have the propane tank hooked up to it, you just flip a switch to turn on a hot shower. The toilet is a sealed camping toilet. The bathroom is considerably larger than most tiny house or camper bathrooms and has storage for your towels, toiletries and more.

Personal note: I was struggling to get anywhere financially, because all my money was going toward rent and bills. After I got this house, I started saving over $1000/mo and build my company up. Now I have 5 rental units and my career has taken off! It really was the catalyst to my own financial freedom and it all happened in 4 years. You won't have to pay rent, a power bill or a water bill AND because I'm just looking to get rid of it, I'm selling it for less than the cost of the materials. It's heavy so you will need a heavy duty truck (ideally, a dually with sway bars or air bags) to tow it. I have moved it twice, with my 1/2 ton truck, but it was slow going and didn't feel safe. That said, once you have it where you want it, it's heavy enough that wind doesn't really affect it.
