“Tiny” was built as a traveling store. Her floor plan is open with only a 64sf sleeping loft on a second level. There is no kitchen, bathroom or plumbing whatsoever. She is fully wired like a house with her own breaker box. She’s setup to plug in directly into a 110 outlet on a 20 amp breaker, 4000w generator or solar can potentially be installed.
She is built to the trailer. The trailer is a TrailerMade...exclusively built for Tiny Homes. This can be completely explained to the chosen buyer. The trailer is 8’6” wide at the fenders and is 30’ from the tongue to the back shed. The base and actual house is 8’x24’. And is 13’3” tall. It’s a dual axel trailer and each axel can carry 7,000lbs. So 14,000lbs combined is the maximum load it can handle. We don’t have an exact weight on her EMPTY yet but to guess it’s around 6-8,000lbs. So if you’re adding things it increases you’re weight. We haul her with a 2500HD Silverado...we don’t recommend anything smaller, in fact a dully would be ideal for more stability. We have installed a weight distribution and anti-sway kit which should help but we literally haven’t even had a chance to use it yet.
This was custom built all by hand, even the steel roof was hand bent from a local Amish business. We used local harvested lumber, reclaimed materials and utilized many locally business for supplies. She is a true ONE OF A KIND.
Her firm investment will be $25,000.
