This magical gypsy-wagon style tiny house was built in 2016 by the talented builder Joseph Crowell based in Oregon. It was only lived in for a few months and is in very good/excellent condition. No leaks or damage. I am relocating to Asia indefinitely, so sadly, I must let it go!
Built on a trailer, it is road worthy and ready to be taken on adventures or parked up somewhere to use at a guest cottage or Airbnb opportunity!

•Custom wood, copper and turquoise fabric interior

•Power converter and battery to run interior lights and sink pump
•9 windows including stain glass windows in loft and reclaimed round crystal plate windows...lots of natural light!
•Sleeping loft including a full size foam mattress and a virtually unbreakable poly carbonate skylight for star gazing
•Full kitchen with stainless steel sink, 10 gallon water tank, copper back splash, custom counter top
•Includes efficient 400 watt ceramic wall mounted heater panel which keeps it quite warm and cozy.
•Downstairs table with seating area that also converts into a second sleeping area with storage underneath
•Custom woodwork kitchen cabinets and roomy closet
•Includes four jack stands for leveling

This cozy little tiny house is a beautiful work of art waiting for it's new special owner.
Please note, there is NO BATHROOM. No toilet or shower. I designed it that way, as it is a small space. There are nice and very affordable compost toilet tents and outdoor shower options you could look into if you are wanting it to be a stationary guest home. I personally used an outdoor bath house and also had it parked behind a house that I used the indoor shower. So it was all good. :)
It is located in Potter Valley, CA, which is 115 miles north of San Francisco, a 2.5 hour drive, Zip code is 95469.
You must be able to pick it up. A truck with a trailer hitch is necessary to pick up and full payment will need to be made at that time.
