The space
The Waterfall Guesthouse has an open living/sleeping space with a built in Queen Wallbed. There are built in closets and shelves on each side for guest clothing storage.
Against the back wall of the space is the kitchen/vanity space. The bathroom is in a separate room divided by a sliding barn door.
Please note that that the space was designed with only one sink to maximize living space. The kitchen sink doubles as the bathroom sink. The guesthouse is very comfortable and roomy despite being a tiny house. The space was designed to include as many comforts of home as possible.
Some of the amenities include:
- Real Queen mattress, (all bedding is laundered down to the mattress after each guest)
-TV/satellite HBO/Showtime
-Wifi
-Clock radio w/audio output
-Fan and window A/C unit during summer months)
-Wall heater
-Electric range/oven
-Coffee maker, french press and grinder
-Counter height mini fridge/freezer (larger than most)
-Microwave
-Toaster
-Small table for dining or workspace
-Iron and full size ironing board
-Full length mirror and cosmetic mirror
-Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- Hair dryer
Guest access
Guests will have access to the private guesthouse and it's own patio by entering through the gate at the end of the driveway. The keyless entry allows you to come and go as you please and allows for late evening check-ins. My backyard is not available for guest use, however guests will get to enjoy the sounds of the relaxing waterfall from their private patio.
Interaction with guests
I live in the main house and am available as needed but I respect your privacy. I am available for recommendations, assistance, etc. I am always available via phone and text.
Other things to note
Before booking please make sure to read the house rules and be sure that you can honor them.
Please note: I have pets that live on the property, however they have never been in the guesthouse and do not have access to the guesthouse or guest patio area.
