The custom made triple axle Top Notch Trailer Inc. 28’ trailer is well insulated underneath and is a rock solid foundation for your new home. It has 3 axles each rated for 5,000 lbs. included are electric brakes on the trailer for safe towing and corner stabilizers for safe parking.
Built by Mint Tiny Homes in Vancouver, Canada as a modified version of their “Loft Edition” this unique custom home was delivered to Colorado back in 2015. The simple, robust, and elegant finished product is ready for harsh remote locations, being well insulated for Rocky Mountain winters. The metal roof and dual electric heaters are just some of the little touches that make this Tiny Home a warm, stable fortress in bad weather.

This amazing house has been a perfect home for me and my two boys. I designed it to maximize individual space for each of us, and to cater to a large Dad, teenage son and rambunctious 8 year-old. We love this house, but it is time to sell her.
