Water is pumped throughout with a 12V water pump under the sink. PEX water lines run inside to prevent freezing. Stove is 4 burner propane and also has an oven for cooking. Self contained composting toilet included. Fireplace is propane and works amazingly well. 2 seven gallon propane tanks for fuel. LED lighting throughout house.
The house was built in Michigan by yours truly with the help of professionals when needed. Closed cell spray foam insulation was done professionally, along with all the solar electric and plumbing. 2x4 framed 16 inches OC. 2X6s in ceiling at 24 inches OC. 3 inches of rigid foam insulation in the subfloor. 1/2 inch plywood for all sheathing. Red cedar siding. Metal roof. Pella double pane windows. Brand new weather door.
Solar includes 4 each 260 watt panels, 3 Deka gel batteries, Magnum inverter, Midnite charge controller. Backup generator not included.
Couch folds into bed for guests. Queen bed up in the loft. I've been living in this house full time for 2.5 years. I love it and the lifestyle, but I really want to sell so I can pay all my debts and start over fresh. This house is in tip top shape, and a lot of fun. She's road worthy as I towed the house 1700 miles from Ann Arbor to Santa Fe.
