Absolutely Stunning Homestead by Rafter B Tiny Homes
Filled with reclaimed materials and antiques, the Homestead by Rafter B Tiny Homes is a throwback to the old family farmhouse — on a much smaller scale.
The Homestead offers 192-square-feet on the main floor, plus it has a 72-square-foot loft (264-square-feet total). The exterior is clad in white board and batten siding and a gray metal roof.
Inside the Homestead are reclaimed materials salvaged from old farmhouses dating back to the 1890’s! The stair risers are planed from shiplap that was in a Texas farmhouse built in 1945, and antique light fixtures hang from the repurposed multi-colored vintage beadboard ceilings.
An accent wall in the living room adds warmth to contrast the whitewashed walls. An L-shaped built-in couch offers storage space underneath.
The kitchen features a stainless steel counter, reclaimed sink, and open pipe shelving. There is also a two burner gas cooktop and 3/4 refrigerator.
A reclaimed wood door leads into the bathroom.
