We love this home and live very comfortably with our two pets and 3 visiting nieces and nephews, it has a loft with two single beds and a futon couch well as a separate bedroom with a queen size bed.
It gets water hook up from a garden hose and power from a 30 amp plug. oven and heater are propane and is set up for propane hot water heater although currently water is electric heat. all lighting is 12v LED and has two way power inverter so would be very easy to set up for solar off grid living.
Home is built on a 35 foot fifth wheel trailer, and is built within all size requirements for towing
I would suggest at least a one ton dually for moving this home
