For sale a sea container converted into a new, cool-looking tiny house. Old shipping container was protected against corrosion and painted.
Inside there is a wooden construction filled with a foam insulation.
It was made for my private usage in a small factory, but decided to sell it because of the lack of a proper vacation spot.
The container has never been used.
Year-round holiday house of the size of a sea container (30m2). This space has all the key elements of a comfortable apartment:
- heated floor with 2 thermostats;
- all walls with a foam insulation (PUR);
- ventilation system with a boiler for warm water; air-conditioning installation;
- kitchen (induction hob, washing machine, built-in fridge and microwave with baking function);
- bathroom with shower;
- spacious built-in wardrobe;
- TV installation;
- sliding doors in bathroom and bedroom;
- bedroom all covered with delicate felt and build-in comfortable bed (140x200).
This tiny house is very spacious with plenty of windows (3 terrace windows and 5 others).
It can be transported by a standard truck suitable to pack a long shipping container (40ft). At the location in can be installed using a crane on a flat surface (eg concrete panels), then just plug in electricity and water.
Cost of the transport depends of the distance. I can help with the delivery process to a given place.
