Cooper colored standing seam metal roof with no exposed fasteners. Custom rough-cut sassafras kitchen cabinets in a galley-style kitchen with under cabinet lights and 18” dishwasher and 5' tall fridge, 30 inch wide gas stove. Hidden gun cabinet, propane in-wall furnace, window AC, and propane tankless water heater. Four security cameras and DVR system, smoke, propane and carbon monoxide detectors, and glass break sensor wired into security system. Cork flooring throughout house. Fold down prep station table or standing desk. Bathroom has sliding pocket door. Currently has composting toilet but is also plumbed for and can be converted to a flush toilet as well. Full size shower and stackable Electrolux washer/dryer set. Stairway storage to both lofts, no ladders!
