It has a foam board wrap on the outside of the frame for thermal brake and weather proofing. Then the cavity of the framing is filled with spray foam making it super ridged, quiet and air tight. Even the trailer bed is filled with closed cell spray foam. The R-value in the walls is R-18to21 and the ceiling is R-28. These few things are not visible after the build is complete but sets this tiny house miles above a conventional built tiny. It is easier to move, quieter, and more efficient than a competing stick framed tiny house. You can't see the difference but you will feel it!
Included are an under sink dishwasher, tankless hot water heater, washer and dryer and electric hot plate. It features maple countertops, 2 large lofts, stairs, water proof flooring, full size tub, closet, low e windows, ship lap cladding, board and batten siding, egress (fire escape) windows in the lofts and so much more.
