In addition, the home comes complete with brand new appliances, including a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump, Tankless Hot Water Heater, Dometic Convection Oven Microwave, Two Burner Electric Stove and Dometic Under counter Refrigerator plus a Schlage Smart Entry Lock. We also feature entirely hand made cabinets as well as a hydraulic full-sized murphy bed with Casper Matress and drop leaf breakfast bar. In the Bathroom, we feature a 3x3' solid acrylic shower pan, ceramic tile on 3 walls, and a traditional Home Toilet. For Buyers who wish to have an off-grid tiny house, this unit comes with 2 solar panels, 195 watts each, total 390 watts, plus two enphase M215 microinverters mounted to the roof and with further DIY work, the bathroom can be converted to off-grid as well.
