This is built using OSB, not Luan (like RVs use)... So, it's solid.
Whose buys it, I will throw in a super nice, brand new in box, Coleman propane 2-burner outdoor stove.
Located on Sand Mountain, in NE Alabama.
No running water. My plans were to put in a little camping toilet for emergencies. I've seen them as cheap as $60 at Walmart.
