- H1.2 70 x 45 Framing held together with nails 100mm batten screws in each stud
- H1.2 Shadow Clad Painted with Valspar Exterior
- 7mm Plywood interior lining
Custom made double glazed Joinery
- R2.6 Pink batts in walls
- R3.6 Pink batts in Ceiling
- Coloursteel corrugate roofing and flashings
Vinyl Plank flooring
Bench seating with storage underneath
Kitchen:
Nouveau Kitchen 3m long + a 450mm pantry
2 burner gas hob
Stainless steel fridge with freezer compartment
Bathroom:
- 900 x 900 curved shower
- Small vanity
- Haven't included a toilet due to the vast array of options in the market, will leave this up to the buyer.
- Water is supplied from and flows to 2 x 83 litre fresh and waste water tanks made from food grade plastic.
- Tanks are easily interchangeable if the buyer wishes to swap to larger tanks.
- 10L Gas Califont with a 13L 12v Water-pump
Electricity:
- Caravan plug type electricity set up with a 3 point adapter to plug into the house.
- All electrical work was conducted by a certified electrician.
- LED down lights
