- Fully galvanised steel frame chassis
- All units come with Electrical compliance certificate, valid for 4 years. RCD electrical protection.
- Nulook Aluminium joinery.
- Units fully insulated with batts in walls and ceilings with Expol underfloor insulation.
- Interior/Exterior lighting, with double power points, and a 15metre, 16amp caravan
electrical lead.
- Quality fixtures and fittings
- Shadowclad ply exterior/internal walls are grooved MDF and plywood in the wet areas.
- All units fitted with Smoke alarms and electric fans in bathrooms
- Water supply connects to hose tap on exterior of your unit
- Colour steel roof and flashings.
- Carpet and vinyl floor coverings.
- Marley guttering/down pipe system
