We had this tiny house shell custom made and we love the project but have decided to let go. As you can see it is just a shell, but we did wire it for AC, and we also insulated the floor for ya! You can see in the photos that we started spray foam insulating the gaps and cracks, and it can already hold the heat of a space heater for working in it. Oh and it has hurricane strapping built in just about everywhere.
The trailer is a custom tiny house trailer with all the fixings. We had the builder add leveling jacks and a propane tray to the tongue so tanks can be bolted on it. We also had him weld a 1.25" hitch to the back of the trailer so we could lock a bike rack to the tiny house! Generally speaking this trailer is waaay overbuilt (since the house is so small that came naturally to the materials).
Everything you see is new, no rust, hardly any dust. This is an inexpensive way to get a jump on your tiny house dreams.
