The bathroom is really cute with full size sink, toilet and a full size tub/shower unit that doubles as a Steam Bath. Water is heated by an on demand unit and the air conditioner is a wall unit.
Another great selling point is that I have the Miami Dade approved plans for permitting as a shed which makes things so much easier.
It is listed as stationary. This is only because it is not on wheels. Arrangements will need to be made to lift it out of the yard and tow it to it's New Home.

** This tiny home is made by Suncrest Sheds, who are manufacturers of Florida's premier, portable garden storage buildings. They use the finest materials, from premium grade southern yellow pine framed completely at 16in. on center, to 3/4 in. pressure treated plywood floor which can easily support cars, boats and motorcycles. Standard walls are constructed with premium vinyl siding. Roof comes with standard 1/2in. plywood and premium grade shingles (you choose the color). HVHZ (High Velocity Hurricane Zone) approved storage building in the state of Florida. No other Approved for 150mph winds!
