This design with a completed interior and appliances is $32,000 without appliances and a basic finished interior $29,999 we also offer a fully finished exterior with an unfinished interior for the DIY customer starting at $20,000, custom builds are available from $150 per square foot up. Typical contract start with $8,000 down to cover the purchase of the trailer and framing with periodic payments throughout your build and payment in full before possession. We are a local family-owned company located in Central Illinois. This particular home featured half inch lightweight drywall fully glued and screwed with a prep and fully painted interior laminate flooring and pine painted trim work. All lighting was led recessed GFI outlets in your kitchen areas and full copper water supply lines. Our homes are ready to be connected with you're 30 or 50 amp power connection , a sixth circuit ready service panel, all electrical wiring 12/2 and water supply outside, typically recommend a composting toilet however we can offer a tank option if needed. this particular home has 21 ft of Cabinetry and countertop and weighs in at 13,500 lb, we can offer a steel framing option which will reduce your overall weight by approximately 1,000 lb with a cost increase of$750 with a height of 13 foot , sum of the Interior features including a rolling interior door 32in LED TV with DVD combo and swing down ladder option on the front loft. You may also choose to have a ladder on the rear Loft and eliminate the stairs for more floor space.
