The first floor has Pergo hardwood flooring throughout. An extra long custom couch folds out to a full size bed for guests. A concrete counter spans the built in shelving and electric fireplace through to the kitchen. The galley shaped kitchen has a full sink, apartment sized oven, large microwave and a FULL size stainless refrigerator with French doors. There is plenty of storage for food, dishes, and many other items in the cabinets and drawers on either side.
The modest bathroom is farthest from the door along the far wall. A 32" RV tub base serves as a shower basin and would suit well to bathing your pets. A modern sink basin and faucet sit below a large mirror and light perfect for getting ready. The Tiny House is equipped with a top of the line composting toilet meaning no black water and no holding tank.
This Tiny House is 95% finished but more than move in ready. It was lived in for 6 months prior and functions great for someone who doesn't need much and wants the freedom to do more in life.
