The tiny home built on a Rainbow Trailer (20ft - 24ft based on your preference) features a fully fitted kitchen with 24" counter tops, a cook-top unit designed to fit an electric or propane cook-top, and soft-close cabinets. The tiny house's bathroom features a full-sized 30' x 30' shower unit, electric bathroom ventilation fan, the option of traditional water toilet or composting toilet, and a 28" entry door. The tiny house also has a small 28" x 30" closet for additional storage that is fully plumbed and wired to fit a 110v washer and dryer.
The open living space features 10' high ceilings with Pine T+G wall paneling, a fold-down hung table, electric recessed wall fan heater (propane option), linoleum flooring throughout, and open out high quality french doors!
The home also features two lofts—a sleeping loft and a storage loft. The sleeping loft is 9' x 7'4" with a peak of 3'4" at the center. It features a 24" x 24" window and light switches that control lights on the upper and lower levels of the tiny house. The storage loft is a 7'4" x 2" space with a removable ladder for easy access.
The home's exterior is comprised entirely of Bevelled cedar siding painted with a soft blue tone (Mint Tiny Homes also offers a Pink Poco Edition that is sure to turn some heads!). The exterior also comes equipped with RV type supply and grey water hook ups.
