Amazing Double storey tiny house For Sale in Mossel Bay

In South Africa the tiny house lifestyle has not yet taken of but I have been interested in for quite some time. We do not even have one group or website were one can look at or buy tiny houses, hence me putting it on an American group.
This tiny house is a converted redundant elephant transport lean to trailer. I worked on it part time for three years. It has a tubular steel frame with fibre cement exterior. The two storeys amounts to 460 sq/ ft where a average size person can easily move around without crouching or bumping your head.
Currently on Airbnb as holiday accomodation. I would like to sell and maybe take on a second project with the earnings. It come fully furnished as in the pictures. Everything folds up,in, or down to legally transport on public roads with the necessary permit in place.
