This tiny house build started in 2017 and was "finished" in 2018. It was a living room area that can easily convert into a dining room area or second bed. It features a custom made spiral welded staircase, live edge kitchen counter and red oak (hardwood) floors. There are accents of real birch to support the storage area and the kitchen counter. The loft is just over 50sqft, about 7ft by 8ft. It has a sitting desk area and a long bookcase across the back along with two beautiful windows that provide plenty of light to the house. The bathroom area is under the loft. It features a small 32'' shower area and just across is the area of the composting toilet (NOT included) The tiny house was insulated with Roxul insultation. It has no official subfloor - it was insulated from underneath with foam board which provided more height inside. I would suggest that the foam board be replaced with spray foam to make sure there are no cracks for which air to come through.
A couple things to consider --
The plumbing has never fully run and is missing one drain pipe for the bathroom sink. It was never hooked up because of legal issues with the area that the tiny house is currently located in.
The electrical is fully functional and it has a two way switch for the light in the middle of the house. One switch by the door and one in the loft.
It also has an outdoor storage area that is rustic and could use a little work to customize it to what you want.
The wood stove works great but I would encourage you to get a custom made piece that goes from the 3in exhaust pipe to the 6in standard size.
