For sale: 24’x8.5’x13.5’ tiny house on wheels. Manufactured in December 2015, this tiny house was just recently completely gutted and remodeled inside. The walls and ceiling are tongue and groove pine. The floors are engineered bamboo. The kitchen cabinets are all new, as is the Haier 9.8 cubic foot refrigerator. A flush toilet has been installed along with a 32”x32”, one piece shower. I removed the Summit propane stove but it is still available, if you’d like to reinstall it. It used to sit where the frig is now located. The main loft is 7.5’x 9.5’. There is also a 4.5’x7.5’ loft that sits over the kitchen. There is a washer hookup and I currently have a Haier Top-load compact washer and a Magic Chef 8.8# capacity, front load dryer, that would convey. There is a propane Ecotemp FVI12 tankless water heater in the bathroom. Included is an RV metal front porch/stair, vinyl skirting, 4 permanently attached solar panels & batteries, heated water hose, 50 amp power cord, 3 envi wall heaters, Mini-split unit, and a Dickinson Marine propane fireplace (which I did not reinstall, but left the flue through the ceiling and saved all the exhaust pipe). I remodeled this tiny and am sick about not getting to live in it but my plans fell through. It would make a great AirBNB or guest house for someone, if you didn’t want to live in it but need the extra income/space. The main picture shows the porch that’s included. It also shows a storage area which has been enclosed and made into a bathroom, giving the inside more living space. I am still doing some minor, cosmetic, finishing touches on the home.
