Sitting in one of the red swivel chairs, you will enjoy the endless views of nature surrounding the home, as the Spanish moss gently sways in the breeze. Situated on Haynes Creek, next to the tranquil rolling water of the waterway locks connecting Lake Eustis and Lake Griffin. During your stay, you’ll spot ducks, alligators, Anhingas surfacing from their dives, egrets, ospreys, even a few neighbor eagles. Right from the deck, we watched a family of three manatees enjoying the waterway.
We call this luxury tiny house the Eagle's Landing by the Locks. It is a majestic space among the trees waterway and you will spot real eagles while staying here!
The Eagle's Landing tiny house is perfect for solo adventurers or the ideal couple’s retreat because of its chill vibe, great location, and privacy. Here you can have the experience of tiny house living without giving up all the comforts of home. This carefully thought out tiny house is perfect for a few nights or home for your long Florida vacation. This house may be tiny, but it’s large on charm, unique design, location, and comfort.
You only need to bring your clothes & a toothbrush. Of course, if you forget your toothbrush, we have you covered.
THE INSIDE:
► The kitchen will be well stocked for your arrival.
► You can expect coffee (Nespresso machine), organic creamer, organic sweetener, water, snacks, and breakfast items.
[If you have food allergies, please let us know, we want to keep you happy and healthy. Must give a minimum of 24 hours notice for food specifications so this can be arranged for your specific needs.]
► Cook in the kitchen using the microwave and a portable induction cooktop. All cooking utensils supplied.
► The refrigerator may not be full sized but we made sure to get one with a separate freezer for your frozen goodies (we gotta have ice cream, right!?).
[Grocery stores are only 10 minutes away by car so you can pick up any extras you want for your stay.]
THE VIEW:
► Your front window overlooks Haynes Creek, the spillway and lock system that joins two fabulous lakes: Lake Eustis and Lake Harris; both part of the chain-of-lakes system which extends all the way to Jacksonville!
► A few steps out your door and you’re on the dock to cast your fishing pole.
► Your personal deck is a comfortable place to enjoy the view with a fresh Nespresso coffee, glass of wine, or just sit back and take in the Florida sunshine.

THE DIFFERENCE:

The tiny house comes fully stocked with everything you need including an iron, a hairdryer, games, Roku smart TV, extra pillow, extra towels, cooking utensils, spices, bowls, plates, wine glasses, (even the wine!) and more.
2.
Complete with a full-sized shower with shampoo and body wash dispensers. We are trying to reduce the plastic waste we produce. The dispensers are filled with natural products free of toxic chemicals or dangerous fragrance.
3.
Cleaning of The Eagle's Landing Luxury Tiny House. We do not use harmful ingredients or products to clean our own home so we certainly don’t want to subject you to any harmful ingredients either. Even the build of this tiny home releases no VOC. [Thank you to the builder, Core Housing Solutions!]
4.
Kayaks available for you to use. We provide everything, including paddles and life vests. All complimentary!

Walk next door to Gator Bay Marina for live music, food, and drinks.
