Amazing We built a beautiful tiny home in 2019, with the assistant of a licensed contractor
We used the Tumbleweed Cypress plan so that the house is well engineered to be on the road. The house is 8x24x13.5 with a total of about 280 square feet including the two loft spaces. We have traveled with it from California to Colorado and back with absolutely no problems. The flooring is old growth redwood and the siding is redwood as well. The house has been lived in for 6 months. The house has been in storage for 1+ years. It may need some minor aesthetic updates such as painting, caulking and siding sealant. Selling as is. Only serious inquiries.
The house includes:
• 2 closet spaces
• storage in the stairs as well as the couch, storage bin in the sleeping loft
• fold out table
• couch slides open to create a guest bed
• redwood siding, as well as old growth redwood flooring.
• spray foam insulation provides the highest level of insulation as well as
increases the stability of the house
• metal roof
• 2 skylights, one of which opens for extra air circulation.
• 2 lofts, one sleeping loft as well as a smaller loft that could be used for
storage or another living space
• ceiling fan
There are many lightly used appliances that come with the house including:
• Frigidaire apartment sized refrigerator
• full gas stove and oven with 4 burners
• new LG washer/dryer combo
• Precision Temp propane powered tankless water heater
• Natures Head compost toilet.
The stove and water heater are run on propane. The house requires electrical and water hook ups, but could be converted to solar if desired.
