Complete insulation and air barrier is achieved using eco-friendly non toxic, non flammable, spray and injection foams. Spray insulation in roof and floor is assumed to be added at site.
Design: The building is designed to face south. The overhang is part of a passive solar design that features optimally located and sized super-efficient windows by Accurate Dorwin to enable both passive heating in winter and solar avoidance in summer. Windows are operable to enable cross ventilation and clerestory windows enable natural ventilation/cooling.
Price: The cost of the building as is, not including delivery, is $15,000. Delivery charges may vary based on location.
