This is a brand new container home, it was set and hooked up but we are now selling. It was moved from the original picture with the deck to it's storage spot. It is fully unhooked and ready for a flat bed, the icon picture with the deck is prior to tear down, it is literally just ready to be picked up from a storage area in Grand Rapids, MI (Lake Michigan Drive and 14th Avenue). The inside is fully finished w/appliances; includes a fridge, dishwasher, cook top, and heating/cooling unit. Laundry hook ups in walk in closet. The home has a large slider. The deck is not included. The floor through out the home has slight bowing b/c the home was unheated this winter (stored). Once heated the floor should adjust however I have already lowered the price significantly with knowledge of this.
I do not know the insulation type or R rating. It is insulated and drywalled throughout but I do not have the specifics.
This home is plumbed just like a mobile/manufactured home. It has water lines and sewer lines which you can connect to normal water/sewer hook up (like a manufactured home) or you can retro fit to whatever you like. The home is fully plumbed.
Price is negotiable but you are responsible to move it out of storage. It cannot remain at it's location. The place it is currently located is NOT for rent or sale - you just move the home to your location. You are responsible to move. It can be moved very easily and inexpensively with a flat bed tow truck. We paid $1,000 for a 200 mile transport - you can use that as an estimate for relocation to your desired property. We do not provide transport, we hired a company (Warren Aggregate is who we used and who we recommend).
